Meath Rural Housing｜米斯郊區民宅

Concept 設計概念

The development is single detached Two Storey House which was design with sitting area, kitchen, dining room and playroom on the ground floor and 4 Bedrooms on the first floor having a total floor area of 239 square meters. The hall entrance on the east-north and chimney on the south to the site using Coursed Rubble stonework to represent Irish style housing culture and natural rural landscape. In addition, the project was built by concrete bricks and isolated material to fit client's expectation.

本案位於愛爾蘭米斯郡 (Meath)的郊區透天住宅，

一層設有休息區、廚房、餐廳及遊戲室，二層則有4間臥室，建築面積為239m2；

位於東北側的入口大門與南側的煙囪採用天然切割石材(Coursed Rubble stonework)，

以因應業主期望最簡單的方式快速建成，牆面則採混擬土磚及保溫材，

創造具有當地特色之冬暖夏涼的標準愛爾蘭式住宅。
