Residentail Building Chiahsin｜嘉興住宅大樓

This case is a public urban renewal organized by National Housing and Urban Regeneration Center. The site is located in Jiaxing Street, Taipei City. The programs include residential buildings and Taipower employees’ dormitories. The buildings' elevation concept is using flowing pattern of windows to emphasize the alley and the important historical infrastructure ‘Aqueduct’ (water supply). It flows like a energetic city and create some partial open spaces and balconies to continue the greenery upward.

本案為國家住都中心公辦都更投標案，

位於台北市嘉興街，

機能包含住宅及台電員工宿舍，

立面概念為強化基地巷弄特性，

及原基地瑠公圳遺址，

以跳動的圖案作為石圳般的流動，

並創造局部的開放性空間將綠意向上延續。
